I bought these Tumi Ishi rock blocks for my kindergarten classroom, and the children are just mad about them! I put them out at a small table for one or two students to play with at a time. They love the challenge of building with them. The allure of this block set is not limited to my students - everyone who comes in the classroom (including parent volunteers, high school co-op students, other teachers and staff, and reading buddies) is drawn to them and has a go at building with them!
